      Pros

      Really respect the system they've devised - offers a really holistic educational experience. Never received even a tiny pay raise in my 2 years working there though, which is ridiculous.

      Cons

      Sometimes understaffed and thus more pressure to grade and perform within unrealistic time frames.

      Great tutoring experience, especially if you want to get into teaching

      Low hours and pay, but was meant to only be part time for specific people and not full time
