Pros
I enjoyed working with the kids there. The Kumon I worked at was comprised mostly of Indians and, well, they were pretty darn smart. I didn't have to help them much. They were respectful and knew their manners. I also liked the coworkers. We got along perfectly and they helped me whenever I need it.
Cons
The boss had high expectations. She would give out a million tasks and expect it all to be done within a short time frame. We were also understaffed, which was annoying since I had to be moved around to work in an area I hadn't been trained in. Get ready to multi-task.
