Kumon has excellent benefits. The employee deduction for medical insurance premiums is the lowest of any other companies that I've worked with. There has been no increase in the rates since I started working here but there will be a minimal increase this year and it will still be lower than most other companies. As long as you know your job and does it efficiently and effectively there is usually no pressure from management.
