      Pros

      -schedules are made with students in mind -dont need experience to get started -opportunities for pay raise every 6 months at review

      Cons

      -very busy (no scheduled breaks) -takes a while to get used to specifics of grading (especially higher level worksheets) -little too for error -pay (usually start at min wage, which was 7.25 when I started)

      Pros

      Contributing to an educational environment, work didn't require any prior experience.

      Cons

      Management consistently took in more kids than the employees had capacity for, which lead to a lot of crunch for what should have been a straightforward task. The amount of work we were required to do did not scale with the $8 an hour I was receiving.
