It's a good experience for college students planning to go into field of education. I was able to work on different aspects of teaching: communicating with parents; assessing students; and grading papers.
Cons
Sometimes, the center would get fairly busy. Since most of staff were students, some would decide to take off during finals week. Other workers would have to stay late to pick up slack
