      Some of the Children are well behaved and make your job meaningful All of my coworkers were nice

      The boss was not very nice Some of the children were not well behaved and did not want to be there Very stressful environment Not enough pay for the amount of work that has to be done

      Pros

      Contributing to an educational environment, work didn't require any prior experience.

      Cons

      Management consistently took in more kids than the employees had capacity for, which lead to a lot of crunch for what should have been a straightforward task. The amount of work we were required to do did not scale with the $8 an hour I was receiving.
