I started working for KJLC shortly after graduating from college and was impressed with my overall experience. First and foremost, the culture is second to none. There is a genuine care between team members unlike anything I might have anticipated. KJLC is a company that is committed to continual improvement, encouraging personal and professional growth and providing ample opportunities to take leadership of projects. In addition to these more "personal" benefits, this is a company that is driving change and innovation. They are enabling cutting edge technology to be better integrated across the country and around the world.
Cons
In my time at KJLC, I did see the introduction of new technology experience difficulty in implementation. That being said, these challenges were not beyond what is to be expected with any introduction of new technology. Management was very responsive to employee concerns regarding the changes and made significant progress following the transition.
