Pros

Kustomer is on the leading edge of AI in CX. The company doesn't just talk about AI - it's embedded in how we work every day, from the product we ship to the internal tools we use to operate. If you're looking to be challenged and grow, you'll be pushed outside your comfort zone regularly, and that's a feature, not a bug. Leadership moves fast and trusts people to figure things out, which means you get real ownership and impact quickly.

Cons

The fast pace isn't for everyone - in some ways Kustomer operates like an early stage startup, so if you're interested in a heavily structured environment with slow, deliberate change, this will feel uncomfortable. Things shift quickly, and you have to be adaptable. Prioritization can sometimes feel fluid, which requires strong self-direction.

Pros

Kustomer is full of genuinely kind, smart and hardworking people. We're building fast, but every day is challenging and fun. It's been awhile since I've worked with a team that is as capable and driven as this one. I'm loving my time at Kustomer and would highly recommend.

Cons

We're still in the scaling stages, bigger than a true startup, but smaller than the giants. This is a tough time to build, and it's not for everyone. You have to be willing to do what it take, work hard, think outside the box, and solve challenges yourself. We're at the place that requires startup grit and scaling process, not everyone has both!
