Pros

Let me think before i can jot down my thoughts! -good company, only if you are working under one of the best and most supportive line managers. Else you must look out for the exit door asap. I was lucky to have the best supervisor in my entire professional career. And the best team till now. Kudos to them. -because of my line manager i had no issues with the holidays -company outings are also nice (not the departmental outings) Thats all i can think of when it comes to the pros

Cons

Now coming to the cons. I wish I could really write less but all thanks to the company’s management. -employee benefits: work from home, the management just removed that from one of the depertment, even when the entire company (other departments)can take them. Very nice . If you ask the HR that it was there in the job description, they would reply, thats outdated, was not updated.(then why bother hiring people?) -for special occasions if you take wfh for a day,you have to fill a ridiculous form stating that you have all equipment at home, enough light at home and you will work from another country or not ,then get it approved by head of HR and head of department. -in job description they say free snacks and fruit , and till now i am not sure how many times i have actually seen them in the pantry. Well they keep some. 🤗 20scnacks for 300 people. Sounds like a good ratio to me -infrastructure is sooo good that many people has got back pain while sitting 9/10hrs there -oh lets talk about bonus, when it comes to making the department toxic they would say we are a family but when it comes to bonus(fyi i am talking about year 2022), ah its not on their hand. Completely true! -just hire bunch of worthless people for cheap money and then mess with the good and actual hard working people. And feel proud to be able to do so. - reluctant to the actual employee reviews, just ignore when someone gets a very bad review and just hire those bad employees friends. Good way to expand your department - if you want to grow here just join as a junior qa and get some experience and some insults then pack your bag and leave(you might not be able to pack your bag, they will hand it over to you at the basement), in here they are not bothered about your experience or your previous company or your skills, they wont give you anything. And this company do the salary increment first and then do a banchmarking to see if the salary is upto the mark. Very funny but i hope they have some good plans. -If you are in India location, then you can see it well how you are underpaid, under appreciated and cant grow, because hardwork do not pay well here. -people like me, who worked for so long with the company, dont feel bad if you get fired when you put down your papers, because respect is something they removed from dictionary. -now the people management, the team can not manage 300 people here, wont tax amount deduction, takes forever to update an document or approve a form. My my they are the best. But not everyone here is bad, i have encountered a whole bunch of talented people, who are underappriciated but still doing their best and working as hard to make better games for Kwalee, and I really woould want the best for them. And i feel bad for the people who might or might not reply to this review knowing that all these are so true and laugh inside their brain think :what am I even doing. I still somehow liked this company because of my colleagues thats all. Cheers ❤️

Pros

> Transitioning from a servicebased organization to a product based company has been a great experience overall. The work culture, team vibe, and working conditions are among the best I’ve experienced so far. > The workflow is well-structured, and I get to learn a lot through hands on experience, which has been very valuable for my growth. > Career progression here feels merit based and driven by individual competency rather than being dependent on year end cycles, which is highly motivating. > The workplace environment is supportive and engaging, making day-to-day work enjoyable. > The availability of snacks and drinks is a thoughtful perk that I hadn’t experienced in previous companies, it helps maintain energy levels and reduces time spent stepping out, improving productivity.

Cons

Given the relatively small team size, there can occasionally be periods of increased workload or crunch, but it is generally manageable and balanced out over time.

Pros

* A great place for freshers looking to start their career in the media field. * The Performance Marketing (Mobile Publishing) team stands out for its zero toxicity—there’s no professional jealousy or internal politics, which makes collaboration smooth and enjoyable. * The work environment allows employees to operate freely, without unnecessary stress or pressure. * Overall, it offers a healthy and supportive atmosphere that genuinely encourages learning and professional growth.

Cons

Increment and overall salary growth do not currently meet industry standards, which can be a concern for long-term financial progress.
