Pros
The company promotes a friendly and pleasant workplace, music in the background in the store and playing for the guests at the fuel pumps is a definite plus. Kwik Trip shares 40% of it's profits with coworkers and has other unexpected benefits such as a months' paid vacation after 20 years of service. They go above and beyond what is commonplace in many areas. Kwik Trip was voted #1 convenience store in the country for the last 4 years running, and that says a lot for our company !!!
Cons
At times the shear volume of guests that visit the store can be overwhelming when there are tasks that must be completed. Trying to achieve a healthy balance of prompt and attentive guest service while still completing required tasks can be challenging.
