Pros

40% profit sharing vertical integration help pay for uniforms

Cons

Always understaffed and expect long list of duties to be finished regardless of this. No matter how sick you are, they expect you to find your own replacement. After contacting everyone in your own store, you're expected to contact every area store as well. Has been 40+ contacts at times. Give hiring incentives to new employees and they often times end up making as much, if not more, than loyal employees that have been there awhile.

Long work hours, scheduling is awful, and mandatory third shifts when required

Great hours, and wonderful benefits. And my coworkers were great.

I don’t have many, but if I had to pick I would say that pay could be better
