Very low pay. I make significantly less than others I know with fully remote jobs and same work experience as I PTO is not great for new employees. This would be significantly better if there were more time off around the holidays. With such poor pay, benefits should be better. Horrible probationary period. You aren’t allowed to take any PTO for the first 3 months. I had to work on holidays to get time off for necessary life events. This was extremely inconvenient for me. This company is incredibly behind the times and the IT department is mess. Little quality control is done and software is outdated. Office is INCREDIBLY crowded. Cubicles are small and coworkers are LOUD. Be prepared to need soundproof headphones. There are some incredibly rude/creepy men in this office. Be ware if you are a woman. A picture of your face will be sent to your department with a description of yourself. While most people are friendly, I’ve had some uncomfortable experiences with coworkers. Ladies, I would not work in store engineering, IT, or network services. Little room to grow. I do not expect a promotion ever. Raises are insignificant as well. Hiring process is lackluster. Some new hires have little problem solving skills and will depend on you to complete basic tasks. There should be a formal skill assessment so lazy coworkers do not push their work onto you.
