Awful - Sales Representative Kyanite Evolution Employee Review

Kyanite Evolution offered me the opportunity to become a trainee manager for the company, going from entry level sales to manager in only 6-8 months. It sounded too good to be true, but it was honestly one of the most stable and educational training processes I’ve ever been part of. They focus on communication and having fun whether that be out working in the field with customers or having banter in the office with your colleagues. I have never met such hard-working people in my life, I couldn’t help but be driven by their motivation and love of their job. Working with Kyanite I was able to gain marketing and sales knowledge from the best in the business as well as improving my communication and people skills to a world class level. If you like to travel, then this company is definitely for you. I personally got to travel to different cities/towns across the UK to either approach customers for sales or to network with award winning offices to seek knowledge and advice about the business world. They also offer bigger opportunities to travel abroad to network with colleagues and other business people.

• It is not an easy job. You must work very hard to keep up and compete with everybody else in your team. However, there is an overwhelming amount of support from colleagues, especially the manager. • The hours are very long, and you are working 6 days a week. • I unfortunately had to leave due to personal circumstances, however, working for Kyanite Evolution has been the most positive life-changing experience I've ever had.

Working for Kyanite Evolution Before Hayley expanded to Nottingham, I worked with her and Kyanite Evolution. The first thing I noticed about the company is that it’s not only about professional development but also personal. Before I came into the business I managed a chain restaurant and had 0 experience in sales and virtually no confidence. I can say that working with Alex at Glow 360 has developed my confidence indefinitely and awakened a passion for sales I never knew I had, which allowed me to develop the skills to move home to Sheffield, to be closer to my family, of which Alex was totally supportive with. The best part about the company is that there is continuous development everyday. I always came away learning something well. All my friends and family have complimented how it’s developed my communication skills and confidence. I love that there’s no seniority and that hard work really does equal progression. Not only are the people you work with your business partners but they also become your best friends because you know they actually care.
