Decent pay, flexible hours, great ownership

No benefits, working weekends can be tough if you are not used to it

-I was mentored by a very hard working boss lady that I admired a lot :) -Built strong relationships with clients and coworkers -Opportunity to learn many aspects of business operations, marketing, sales, inventory, scheduling, and customer service -Creative environment with the ability to contribute ideas -Loyal clientele and a positive atmosphere for guests -team members genuinely cared about clients and each other

-compensation is my only con here especially when comparing it to scope of responsibilities
