Pros

The company is a good size and there are flexible hours most of the time. It is a more laid back work environment and most of the people are friendly. Men are promoted regularly for no reason even if they are doing a poor job or only work a few hours a day - this is only a pro if you’re a man.

Cons

Low level employees are over worked while other people sit around all day. Departments all dislike each other so it is very hard to get anything accomplished and there is no accountability. Women are demoted, pushed around to different departments to make room for more men, and laid off first.
