      Large company offers support and infrastructure smaller companies lack. Had opportunities to move between opportunities and stay fresh.

      Cons

      Can sometimes be too corporate. Culture is important but can be used to shut down conversations as well as foster them.

      Pros

      If you are smart and willing to do whatever it takes, you will get promoted. If you find the right mentor, your development will be a priority. If you love retail, this is the place for you.

      Cons

      Hope you get lucky with your manager and director and VP because if you end up in the wrong department on the wrong category, the environment is toxic.
