      Environment is amazing The work life balance is good Call in line makes knowing if you work easy Management is very friendly Time off is usually always approved 40% off discount

      Cons

      40 hrs not guaranteed during non peak season Not hiring seasonal on as actual full time (I know associates who have been seasonal for years) No benefits for season

      Pros

      If you are smart and willing to do whatever it takes, you will get promoted. If you find the right mentor, your development will be a priority. If you love retail, this is the place for you.

      Cons

      Hope you get lucky with your manager and director and VP because if you end up in the wrong department on the wrong category, the environment is toxic.
