Benefits, decent pay, over time, growth opportunity, VTO, AVTO, PTO, quarterly meetings, free gifts, some great peers.

Cons

Far left wing politics and profit over people and satisfaction has become the new company mission, hard to get help through “Teams” platform especially working from home, 3 chats at a time if working in chat, outdated technology, shady leadership, hard to compete for PTO have to make plans months in advance to make sure you get time off, very aggressive customers, no flexibility.

Pros

If you are smart and willing to do whatever it takes, you will get promoted. If you find the right mentor, your development will be a priority. If you love retail, this is the place for you.

Cons

Hope you get lucky with your manager and director and VP because if you end up in the wrong department on the wrong category, the environment is toxic.
