Extremely tough to earn meaningful (if any) commission in the first 12 months Very high billing threshold relative to much of the market (you must bill 3x base before getting commission) Heavy micro-management and constant KPI scrutiny, even for those performing really well Top performers have all left within 1-2 years High turnover - approx. 33% will last longer than 2-3 months Poor market reputation, difficult to sustain deep client relationships
