      Pros

      - Coworkers are a joy to work with - Very supportive of a good work-life balance - Interesting and stimulating problems - Competitive benefits (401k match, insurance, bonuses, PTO, etc.) - Management is very flexible and understanding - Remote work is allowed and encouraged

      Cons

      - Remote work means less face-to-face interaction with people, more online meetings, and can make work-life balance more difficult
