Pros

I mean, I pretty much end up doing nothing and getting paid in that time(had no project to be onboarde, honestly that could also be my fault for lack of interest built up), felt bad at times for my colleagues who seemed to actually be doing something from time to time other than getting angry when interacting with the Indian teams

Cons

Oh boy where do I start. "We are not here to build the next 'enter a name of the biggest Automotive company in Iasi', we are here to build the next Silicon Valley in Iasi" - the words of an important person in the company in the interview. A company that has it's backbone built on top of 4 sticks, ready to crumble at any time. Besides the team of technical people from Iasi and a few good Indians here and there, the company hires you if you tell your name correctly. They are praising "Linux Experts" and most of the employees never used a Virtual Machine with Linux on it. I genuinely don't understand how this company is still surviving

Pros

I worked at L4B Software as a Technical Project Manager and had a positive experience overall. The company provides opportunities to work on innovative embedded systems, automotive, medical device, and Linux-based projects with global customers. What I appreciated most was the exposure to cross-functional collaboration, fast-paced execution, and technically challenging programs. The teams are knowledgeable, supportive, and passionate about engineering excellence. I also had the opportunity to work closely with international stakeholders and contribute to Agile project execution, delivery planning, and customer engagements. The work environment encourages ownership, learning, and adaptability, especially for individuals interested in embedded technologies and product development. Like any growing organization, processes continue to evolve, but overall it was a valuable experience both professionally and technically. Pros: • Strong technical projects and customer exposure • Opportunity to take ownership and grow • Collaborative and skilled engineering teams • Good learning environment for embedded and Linux domains

Cons

• Fast-paced environment can sometimes require balancing multiple priorities
