Too many errors and employees that have been there for decades whom seem to not care about the quality or respect shipping deadlines, or the health of the company so long as they get their consistent pay.. Which is low by industry standards.. So therefore mistakes never get resolved they repeat over & over which directly inhibits growth. Groundhog Day
