• VERY STRICT ENVIRONMENT AND DISCIPLE. Mobile phones are to be submitted at security office which makes you little uncomfortable and unconnected outside the plant. • Senior and old employees aren't supportive to new ones and treat very bad (you cannot complain it to the management they would only listen to their spoons and believe without anything without looking into the matter.) • HR POLICIES ARE MALFORMED, Even that would not be exaggerate to say that there is no HR policy. If there is any then it is to deduct your salary and to torture you. One of the members of HR team here are computer engineering graduates who are highly unprofessional. They can't even explain the terms and conditions one is expected to agree to upon joining the company. • Salary is late most of the times, they pay on 10-15 but on the day of joining they'd say salary is never late than 7th of the month but that's certainly not the reality. • Some of the guys looking technical work without ANY technical education and get mad if someone suggest some improvement. Work timings are very strict, the MD generally calls the meeting at 17:30 Hrs or even at 18:00 Hrs and stretches it for as long as three hours. And you can't complain. • LUNCH TIMINGS are strict. The siren at the start of lunch is blown at about 13:01 Hrs and again sounds at 13:26 Hrs sharp. The canteen door are closed at 13:35 you cannot have lunch elsewhere after that. There is no place to eat something nice near the plant so you have to bring your own lunch or have to stick to the only 'not so good Tiffin service'. • Generally Punjabi is spoken here and if you are resident of some other state then some people will not treat you that good. • No one likes suggestions here and complaints Don't even TRY!!!! • No specified job profile. The HR person will make you sit for 3 days in the conference hall on the name of Induction Period but would not introduce to anyone, They don't even give you a tour of the plant. For three days you would be sitting there doing nothing and reading the product catalog. Anyone would come in that room start abusive joking , chatting and eating and leave. HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE. • YOU ARE EXPECTED TO LEAVE LATE. YES- It's culture here if your work timing is 9:00-18:30 then generally (in production department ) you have to stay late night here and you are not even paid extra. & you cannot at time. • Thus Work & Life balance becomes highly unbalanced see-saw. • Safety policy is not so great. Emergency gathering point is generally filled with parts. No culture for wearing helmets, safety shoes, goggles etc. • Old employees ask new joiners "How come to got jailed here in Dasmesh"? it's NOT EVEN A COMPANY IT'S A BIG WORKSHOP. • No benefits like Medical insurance, EPF.
