      Der Lanxess Tower ist von außen sehr beeindruckend, im Inneren ist alles sehr edel gemacht und die Aufzüge sind sehr flink. Vor allem die Aussicht auf den Rhein ist toll, wenn man auf der richtigen Seite ist.

      Na ja, wenn man als Leiter der Abteilung eingestellt wird und bereits wenige Tage nach dem Start erfährt, dass man nun doch nur de facto ein Sachbearbeiter ist, dann findet man dies zum k.......!

      This company is blacklisted by most other chemical plants in that cluster. Horrible management they have no experience outside of good ole boy system Operators are not team oriented and the union is not worth being in/ have not saved one employee ever. Corporate sticks besides management regardless of any wrongdoing
