Staff travel benefits, multicultural company, amazing industry, fixed salary. The intelectual level of employees and quantitative mindset result in very good discussions. New brand comes with opportunities.
Cons
Lack of a robust and consistent long term strategy. Things change all the time and the company seems to be in a constant "emergency" environment. Lack of a CEO leadership, which implies that the huge number of VPs and directors work with personal agendas, making it impossible to achieve any team work and good results.
