Not consistent in anything
Some employees are able to do what they want
People are always calling off and you're left with doing their work
Newer people aren't properly trained which makes it harder on everyone
Management has no real training
Management are placing people in positions they have no business being in
Even when it's dead as a door knob you're stuck working, sitting doing nothing at all, bored
You get paid bi-monthly
The pay isn't worth the extra work they want you to do & the stress they cause you
