Pros
-Some great people, enthusiastic about their field and striving to make a change. -Very good wages. -Establishing very good networking. -The directors are among the best and nicest people in the industry.
Cons
-Was in urgent need to adapt to some industry standards, and needed to invest in subscription-based secondary information sources. -Some managers showed a lack of trust, micromanaged, and shut down or ignored new ideas. -The internal review processes can be highly biased and focus on promoting what is good (e.g. self-praise) instead of finding ways to fix the weak spots. -You can be a jack of all trades during the workday, which depending on the workload can be highly inefficient and draining.
