Pros

Flexible hours, young energetic staff who care about the impact they make on their clients. Ability to learn new roles, handle new responsibilities and grow. Friendly environment that encourages staff to present new ideas and solutions.

Cons

Because of the rapid growth, roles can change quickly this may be a con to some but I enjoy the change and adaptation that is required for you to succeed.

Pros

- Worked with like minded individuals who had my back or helped when necessary. The sales team consisted of gentleman who I’ll always respect despite my departure. - Education on virtual tours and renderings and how they can be beneficial to clients was eye opening. The Panoskin platform is a unique way to consolidate all of your clients content. - The CEO in Florida and the sales manager are both solid guys with respect for employees.

Cons

- At times, the environment felt like a desperate dive to indulge in the highschool experience just one last time. Weird vibes, dirty looks, gossiping, depending on an individuals mood that day. Definitely kills morale and the motivation to come into the office. - This product falls under a luxury more than a necessity, so building your book of business can be challenging. Pricing was steep compared to a few competitors. - Although the CEO and sales manager are nice people, as I mentioned above, a few of the other chief executives/higher ups definitely talk to you in a manner that lacks hospitality. If you are not apart of the inner circle, the only way to truly gain respect is via kissing up to them.
