Toxic Corporate Culture - Executive Director LCS Employee Review

I honestly cannot recommend this company to anyone. If you are an independent thinker, they will micromanage you right out the door. They will schedule endless meetings and put them on your calendar without warning so you have to change around your entire day. Ridiculous expectations and guidelines, and reports that they require you to do, that they could do themselves. No clue what’s going on at the community level as they are located outside the state. They expect you to be available 24/7, including the weekends. High expectations for quotas that are not realistic considering the current climate. Corporate has a high and mighty attitude.
