Pros
Action packed days filled with problem solving. Only had to work 5 hours on Friday.
Cons
Conflict resolution is handled through letting me know how I made anonymous persons feel with little context. When a holiday lands on a Friday standard schedule is 10 hour days Monday through Thursday. HR tried to reduce my agreed upon vacation hours. Compensated for accrued vacation time at the rate of 45hours per week of salary when 40 hours of vacation time per week is standard. Did not receive any end of year bonus.
