- very supportive and collaborative team, composed by smart and positive people. - great opportunities to learn and grow with exposure to 3 strategic sectors with great future potential - energy, finance and IT technologies. - work-life balance supported by offering flexible hours, remote work and understanding on management level of the importance of healthy professional environment. - flexible and smart leadership, able to recognize the strong skills in a person, and thus empowering those instead of going after the weaknesses.

Cons

- with the sector expanding rapidly, there is a lot of opportunities and thus sometimes workload can vary, but with proper time management and support from the team, this is less of a challenge.

Salary was ok to begin with Started off as flexible Seemed fun

CEO was a nasty piece of work Court cases coming out of his ears bullying harassment Get rid of anyone standing up for themselves CEO spending corporate money on holidays and not paying people

-Remote Work. -Fun Team Events. -Company Equipment Served. -HR team is Professional.

Cons

-Poor Communication & Emotion Intelligence by Mentors. -High Stress & Unrealistic Push for Deadlines. -Unprofessional Onboarding, lasted 1 Month. -Remote Engineering Team members outside Bulgaria weren't allowed to join Daily & Weekly Scrum Meetings. -Project had Old Technology. -No Career Growth Opportunities. -Under Qualified Colleagues, most didn't have University Degrees & came from non-tech backgrounds. -No Professional Growth or Educational or Training Opportunities. -Most Staff was Burned Out & couldn't help new Onboarding Team Members. -Use of Derogatory Language & Inappropriate Questions during Monthly Coffee meetings.

However, the buddy is not necessarily a direct manager, which may have led to misunderstandings. We continue to refine our mentorship approach to ensure clear communication and guidance. onboarding & mentorship Our structured onboarding program includes a buddy system for consistent support and guidance. We are continuously improving this process so that newcomers feel welcomed and assisted even beyond the official onboarding phase. Our onboarding is based on a structured introduction, which then evolves to practical and real tasks and we strongly believe that the best way to learn is by doing. All team members are approachable to offer aid and guidance given, but we expect a certain degree of proactivity to understand where exactly people have difficulties and support effectively. remote engineering team members in scrum meetings We acknowledge that not all remote colleagues have been able to join certain daily or weekly meetings, however our values won't allow us to deny rights to meeting, information and ad-hoc communication. Upon request or where applicable - all remote members get involved in meetings, clarification session or one-on-one meetings. technology stack While we don't always manage to adopt cutting edge technologies, we strive to keep on top of latest .Net versions and adopt proven, well maintained and supported technologies and tools, like Azure Service Bus, Azure Functions, Azure PaaS services. It's technically true that some of our FE components are not on latest frameworks releases, but as far as "old" technologies go, we consider that frameworks released in late 2021 are not nearly at the end of their lifecycle. career growth opportunities We encourage proactive individuals to demonstrate both technical and soft skills. Many colleagues build long-term careers here, evolving from regular developers to Principal roles, transitioning between projects and stacks, and we take pride in the commitment and trust they place in us. qualifications & inclusivity While most of our team members hold university degrees, we do not discriminate based on educational background.
