Pros

health insurance benefits are very good

Cons

no concept of work like balance. Manager will call when clocked out. Long hours and weekends expected. Pay structure changes cost most technicians over $10,000 in pay 2023 over 2022. Local management has no power all is controlled by Korea. KPI conflict with other departments. Very bad culture. LG is facing 2nd class action law suit. More upset customers and back breaking hauling repair gear with no time to accomplish the repair the LG way.

Pros

100% paid health/dental/vision for the family Coworkers - need I say more?

Cons

It used to be great, but even the little things: actual holiday parties, family fun day, weekly food vendors etc are all gone. Also interesting how during covid working from home the productivity was the same if not better than when in office but one specific department everyone is required to be in the office, no exceptions.
