      Great people. Tons of new projects. Ability to work with new technology. Work from home is a great bonus too.

      Investment cycles, as the company is privately owned, it disrupts the momentum.

      Pros

      Average pay for the area. Very good health benefits (low premium) and okay work life balance. Coworkers fairly chill with the one or two toxic person. Opportunities to cross train and learn new skills if that is your desire.

      Cons

      Workload uneven between shifts depending on shifting prioritizations on batches. Dead end, no route for career advancement. Cross training is a stopgap measure to cover for department personnel shortages.
