Pros
Salary (no clocking in and out remotely); flexibility with hours and schedule; not stuck in a building every day.
Cons
Lots of on-call requirements, which changes almost constantly based on staffing - if many nurses quit, you might be on call 2-3 days per week in addition to your 40 hours; Salary means no OT, even if you work 60hrs per week. Low compensation for visits made while on call (pay per visit is low, sometimes amounts to $7/hr or less). Not a lot of support or understanding from administrators.
