      Pros

      I have no positive things to say as this was the worst experience in my entire career.

      Cons

      Dreadful. Very poor orientation. Worked in Home Care. Schedule was not feasible: 7 pt's and 6.5 hrs driving and they just said I had to do it. Support staff very rude. Had to continually address issues. RVP even made changes as my complaints were valid and occurrences witnessed. Payroll incorrect or support staff did not get it in on time ( I had done my part ) though they got their's in perfectly. Would not recommend them to anyone, ever. Worst experience in 25 years of working as a therapist.

      Pros

      Autonomy, days go by quick, expectations are defined.

      Cons

      Unmanageable workload/cases. Expected to fulfill number of points per week. Charting beyond business hours every day. Start of care visits also included hands on care. One visit took 3 hours because of 8 wounds and that didn’t include documentation. Oasis is tedious and comprehensive. Territory was supposed to be 10 minutes from home; it was not. Sometimes 45 minutes between each case with 5-6 cases for the day. Totally unmanageable for a seasoned and organized nurse. I cannot imagine how it would be for a less experienced nurse. Overworked and overwhelmed my entire time. I learned a lot from training modules but then you’re out on your own to troubleshoot. Unless you’re willing to hustle every single day and are willing to chart during dinner time and then still take time to confirm next day’s appointments, stay away.
