Pros
Better than average pay. Good benefits. Decent work life balance. Some excellent supervisors, some that have been around too long.
Cons
Very top heavy. Unprofessional RM staff. Incomplete rehabs that leave lots of work for site staff to fix. No room for growth. Inconsistent policy application: depends on who you are, who you’re married to, or who you’re friends with. Clique-ish. Some very scary communities that are ignored.
