The manager is always looking out for you and granting you growth experiences. Very exciting project to work on and incredible co-workers that are willing to lend you a hand and teach you.
Cons
I work from a remote location and not having an office in which you could interact with other people in a regular basis is not the best or at least is not for everyone.
