There were no pros to working at LIMA.

Cons

I have worked for a number of companies over the years but my time at LIMA was the worst experience. 1. Management constantly changing the companies direction. 2. No training on key services with service desk 3. Biggest turnover of staff I have ever experienced. Several members of staff lasting less than a year. 4. Micromanagement at its finest. The engineer staffing levels are so poor coordinators are assigned to make sure work is completed. At times there were two of three coordinators instructing one engineer. 5. KPIs introduced instead of hiring more staff. 6. Long hours of work. Was told during the interview on call P1s rang a few times a year in reality was a few times a month. I honestly would not believe any positive review here. They are from co-ordinators or senior management.
