Pros
Like I've seen on a few other reviews, the company is excellent at hiring smart, experienced, and hard-working people. Some of these people are some of the best in the digital space and have much to offer.
Cons
From a Sales perspective, the company leadership is terrible; maybe the worst I've ever experienced. The company behaves like they don't know what they're doing in spite of actually KNOWING what they are doing; what a paradox! The trouble is there's too much emphasis on getting quick dollars over building a working model and sticking with it. The sales leadership of the company packages their offering to advertisers like a "Flavor of the Month Club". Their strategy is MORE IS BETTER; the best analogy I can come up with is they want you to go out and give the clients' a giant glass of watered-down RC Cola! As for the sales team evolution, the sales leadership has a "type" they like to hire regardless of skill or experience. On a final note, during their last lay-off they virtually broke the law by only letting go of quote-unquote "older people". If that is any indication of their character, I don't know what is.
