      have their own CRM system and good support from the regional department. Good location of the office Good colleague

      Cons

      Have double job between SAP and New CRM system Poor management, silly Chairman and mindset are bad. never plan to have a sustainable plan, kick every project on fire and loss control of the project.

      People are great- passionate, knowledgeable, can-do & positive attitude. Company has a fun spirit!

      Cons

      Not sure if this is necessarily a con, but the environment is extremely fast paced. Customers trumpsall else, so you must be able to pivot quickly.
