Workload can be challenging but there is support across the company to ensure you are able to get your job done.

-Team Culture is unmatched -Flexible working hours. More "remote" than "hybrid". -For a company less than 3 years old, most of the OG team is still around. There aren't many 'new' employees. -Rehired talent. Very loyal to the people that work here in seattle/bellevue. -Over 50% of the software engineering team is female- unheard of in comparison to other places I have worked.

-Can be very stressful to work here. There are a lot of moving parts, and expectations are high. No room for mediocrity. -Some relationships are very strained due to amount of stress and workload.
