Pros

Amazing work culture, remote working, no micro-managing, the work life balance is great, and the benefits are above and beyond. I can see myself staying with this company for years to come!

Cons

Can be short handed every now and again but the team always pulls together to get the job done.

Cons

In my experience, there was a lack of communication from my direct manager. I didn’t receive regular progress reports or feedback on my performance on a weekly basis. While I had a handful of meetings with the Director of Client Services during my six-month tenure, which were valuable, I believe I only had one meeting with my manager.
