      Given a "mentor" that you work with directly, great internship coordinator, provided me with insight on the PR field (first internship ever). Provided workshops for interns for their future career searches

      Cons

      Unpaid, but that's as to be expected; wasted a lot of time when they wouldn't have anything to do, I think the mentor thought that we had other projects so we ended up sitting there doing nothing

      At the time of my employment, senior leadership was toxic. Now I believe the "old guard" has shifted so it appears much better.
