Inept Management - QA/QC Coordinator LJA Engineering Employee Review

Certain managers in the QQ/QC should not be in charge of personnel; no leadership skills to speak of and is very condescending to subordinates. The turnover rate in this department is abysmal, and she is most certainly the number 1 reason. I would sooner panhandle on a corner before working in the department again.
