Pros
There are no pros about working here. I could see how LLYC can be attractive for post grads with little or no experience. Get out as quickly as you can and move on.
Cons
Does not appreciate hard work and going above and beyond. No strategy to retain talent. Very European way of thinking. Need to change mindset in order to succeed in USA where company is struggling. Pay is embarrassing. High turnover on all levels.
