I have been with the LMP Group since 2016. I have had the opportunity to grow into my role exponentially since I have started whilst receiving relevant support advice and guidance from colleagues, managers and directors on a daily basis. The company has allowed me to develop my skills and experience within the sector and push myself to achieve my goals. The leadership team is approachable and willing to support both on a work and personal level. Processes and procedures are clear and are reviewed consistently in line with our business strategy. Over the past 2 years we have invested in data and systems to increase efficiencies across the whole group. I am proud of what we have been able to achieve since we started, we have been growing sustainably without losing focus: creating inspirational journeys and delivering excellence in learning. I am proud to be part of a company that invests in their people and allows flexibility with working hours.
Cons
As any growing company, we have gone through periods of change. Every individual approaches change differently but I have always felt I could approach my colleagues, managers and directors for support and advice. Working in a fast-paced and progressive environment has allowed me to push myself and achieve my goals, I found my role stimulating and rewarding and would not change it for anything else.
