- The deadline per project is very tight. You might stay overnight or during weekend to finish it.
- The payment takes a very long time, it can be more than a month. You probably already forgot it by the time you receive it. It is not accumulated, they pay it per project. At the end it is too small amount of fee compared to the efforts you made to finish the work.
