Thank you so much for the feedback. We sincerely believe culture drives engagement drives performance drives results. We're not unique in that I know, but we try hard to be very genuine with that. Thank you as well for the advice on the Cons side. It is a challenge keeping that unique culture with so much growth. In fact, it's very hard and one of those things that "keeps me up at night".
