Growing company. Has new management team in place to help with the growth. Wonderful group of employees to work with. Everyone willing to help to get the job done.

We need to hire additional staff, but hiring is going slow.

The pay. It was the only plus

I was to replace a supervisor, which was confusing because in my line of work the person I was replacing (a younger 30 year old guy) did, was, and continued to do fantastic with the employees, production tracking, and lean manufacturing. I was getting the feeling that he was going to run away from the position as soon as I got up to speed. Helped me every step of the way. They let me go, then shortly after let him go. And from what I’ve heard from employees, the place has crashed and burned since then. Avoid this company at ALL costs.
