1-Behavior of the Head of HR was very unprofessional and hostile. He gets too personal and misbehaves if you can't say Yes in his Yes, which affects his own credibility and undermines the confidence and creativity of employees 2-The company culture requires significant improvement; it felt reminiscent of third-class labor practices from the 1950s. 3-Work-life balance was non-existent, with expectations to work almost around the clock. 4-The workplace culture and environment were highly toxic, and there wasn't even a proper workspace.
